No no my e mail. I don't have a cloud account. So I am assuming i've been hacked, if I open it?

Don't open it. If you do, don't click on any links. Report it as spam and delete it if the reporting doesn't automatically get rid of it.

EDIT: I've been getting a lot of iCloud account suspension spam lately. I don't have an iCloud account.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing.
I put that email in on FB search. It came rigjt up & I got it blocked. I hope that will take care of that 🤞

No problem. Unsolicited emails with a sense of urgency are classic phishing attempts.

It's spam as @Mujibar and @meself indicated.
I have been receiving them periodically. I don't have a icloud account either.
