Signed in with Art Store promotion and everything worked well for a day, then TV wouldn't recognize subscription. Tried all the things mentioned but no go. Finally called tech support at 800-726-7854. Agent went in remotely and discovered that somehow I was now signed in with an old Samsung account. Both old and new showed active in the TV. Since I never entered that old account into the TV, I suspect that it secretly colluded with one of my old Samsung devices to thwart me. Anyway, she removed the old account and all is well now. Just something else you might want to check on.
