我一月份买的,七月份就坏了。我一直把它靠在墙上,没动过。上周回家后,我发现支架一边比另一边高,屏幕完全皱了。我把屏幕收回来,然后打开,以为它会自己修好,结果屏幕底部从滚轮上脱落了,把固定它的尼龙绳扯断了。我怀疑胶水可能老化了,失去了粘性,导致屏幕从滚轮上脱落,导致支架皱了,变形了。我联系了三星客服,但他们援引了三星的政策,称三星产品的任何物理损坏,无论是人为错误还是设计缺陷造成的,都不在保修范围内。我很纳闷,为什么这种物理设备会在电子保修范围内;他们可能只保修遥控器。我现在该怎么办?自己维修会很麻烦。拆卸很麻烦,而且屏幕太皱了,我不确定是否还能继续使用它。
