Well, I solved my problem with all three of my existing Samsung TVs wanting me to agree to the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) before I can run my apps but the T&Cs won't download. I followed all the advice in this and other forums but to no avail.
I solved the problem by treating these TVs as they are DUMB. I bought three Amazon Fire sticks and are using those to view my apps (e.g. Netflix, Hulu...). I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG TV.
