Noise coming from back of TV

My tv has beeping sound that comes from the back of tv at least that's where I can here it and I believe this happens when I try and turn on the tv. The red light on the bottom just keeps flashing and tv doesn't turn on. What could have caused this and how can it be fixed?

here's a couple of pics to see if you can find something wrong cause I couldn't and plus don't know what im looking for tbh and I had a video for the beeping but I guess I can't upload a video sry for the inconvenience and thank you for your time
