So, are they supposed to snap their fingers and, magically, the servers are fixed? Do you think they are just sitting around with their feet on a desk saying, "let 'em sweat"? You don't know what the issue is, what they are doing to fix it, or how long it's going to take. Use the streaming apps on your phone to cast to your TV, get a streaming device or use OTA channels until the issue is resolved. It's not a crisis if you cannot watch TV - you might have to interact with your family.
