Simply create a repair ticket online and request a box with a prepaid label, or drop your phone off at your nearby UPS Store for one-stop packaging and shipping at no cost to you. Samsung Certified Technicians are ready to provide quality and speedy repairs using genuine Samsung parts. You also have access to our Walk-in service or our 'We Come to You' van service for a $30 convenience fee.
