Samsung Magician Bug on Windows 10 and Windows 11: Samsung T7 external SSD health status not shown after update to version 9.0. It only shows the tab for my internal drives and has a tag for non-Samsung. The tab for the Samsung T7 external SSD is missing. It used to work with prior versions of Samsung Magician. I can still use the password in Magician to get access to my Samsung T7 SSDs. Also, often after updating the Samsung Magician software, it tells me there is a new version of the software, but it fails to install because the version number is lower than the current version I have.
I finally figured out how to get the Samsung T7 SSD health status to display in the Samsung Magician software. I have to click on one of the internal drives on the left side and then switch to the Samsung T7 SSD. Seems the previous tabs for the drives have been removed. Samsung should make the Samsung T7 external SSD drive the default health status though in the Magician software instead of one of my non-Samsung internal drives.
