Samsung G95C - Will not turn back on

About ~2 hours ago, I was using my computer like normal when the Samsung G95C suddenly went black.  Thinking that it was just a temporary ordeal, I restarted my computer and then checked my software.

I noticed that the Samsung G95C was 100% non responsive.  The bottom facing LED light was not on, and no amount of power button presses / holds was turning it back on.  Nothing has prompted the monitor to indicate that it has powered back up.  Previously had no problems with this unit prior to these actions.

  1. I have unplugged it for 15mins and plugged it back in.
  2. I have held down the power button for 1 minute
  3. I have moved the plug into a different surge protector and even a wall socket with no response.

Is there anything I am missing or is this an RMA situation?

If you have guaranteed power to your monitor then it sounds like a total failure in the internal power supply.

Is it under warranty or returnable?

Returnable and under warranty.  Think I will proceed down that route then.  Looks like based upon the reviews i'm seeing specific to this model, it's a common issue.
