What I’ve tried: - USB formatted FAT32, firmware file at USB root. - Compatible USB stick (e.g., SanDisk Cruzer Glide 16 GB). - Connected via DisplayPort 1.4 only. - Replaced the monitor, reflashed firmware—problem persists. - Reinstalled Reality Hub v1.0.9 and cleared config files.
What I need:
The proper firmware file starting with M‑F9037GCZA for LS27FG900XNXZA. - Access to internal Samsung firmware, or a backup copy from another user. - Help from Samsung devs or Tier 2 support to escalate this case.
This is a $2,000 flagship monitor—I can’t use its core feature due to wrong firmware. 🙏
