Got new 34 inch G5 Samsung curved gaming monitor from Walmart for $320 and loved it until registration. IT says no warranty or updates due to me being in Kuwait. I bought it in Wichita Kansas where I live and reside. Four hours with Samsung US and they have no clue. Even sent picture with serial number, model number, reciept. Tried again today same problem. I give up all I did was buy a nice product for a lot of money and cannot update it, or get manuals, and Samsung both days have said, hmmmm should fix itself. Returning it to walmart and very upset.
Really my serial number says the middle east and no one can fix it. This is Kansas USA, and Walmart. I give up.

Walmart somehow obtained a shipment of Middle East models. The issue lies with Walmart and their supplier, not Samsung.
