Hello harshbshah,
Let's see about getting this resolved for you. Have you made sure your monitor is up-to-date regarding the software/ display driver? You can check for software updates using this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/. We want to thank you for verifying the monitor has not been damaged however, have you checked you video and power cables making sure they are not damage and connected securely?
We also recommend unplugging the monitor for a few minutes, then restart it. If you're able to access the menu, performing a factory reset can assist as well. The final option is to have the monitor serviced.
You can seek service via our service link here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to review service options with a member of our Community team.
