YouTube doesn't launch

The YouTube app only launches about 20% of the time. The rest of the time there is just a blank screen. All other apps work normally. We've done all the usual fixes (resetting TV, modem, router, reinstalling app, confirming the network connection, parental lock off, etc.) multiple times. Most of the time one of these works, but then the problem recurs one of the next few times we try to launch the app.

Are there other procedures known that can fix this issue?

This happens because the TV has too many apps running in the background easiest way to fix this problem click on a source that is not streaming like your cable box then hit menu then settings support device care then start device care when finished it will work correctly. Also remember sometimes you have to manually update your apps by going into the App Store searching the app holding it down and hitting reinstall.
