I just received this update 1340 on my TV, and I have no idea what it accomplished. Can anybody tell me what this update accomplished for my TV, thank you.
me too i have a Samsung qn75q8fnb just received the same update, might be for their new controller for gaming on Samsung tv's but i would like to know what this update was for?
I just “chatted” with Samsung due to plus channels intermittently not loading. After the rep had me jump through multiple hoops including a factory reset, the rep sent me a link of the new plus channel lineup which NOW only contains maybe 50 channels instead of 300 reflected in the guide. The new lineup channel numbers does not correlate with the guide. Such a FUBAR and rip off!!
Yes , they have had me reset the hub, then master reset. then unplug this, unplug that. The problem is the older tvs dont have enough ram or cpu speed to compute all the **bleep** they just added with the live tv pop-up. The programmers need to make different update for the older tvs. They told me they dont let people go back once it is updated. But now half the reason i bought the tv is worthless. (Till they come up with a fix) Or if . . .
