TV turned off and won't turn on anymore BU8570

Hi all!

I bought my Samsung bu8570 3 years ago and on Thursday it suddenly turned off while watching a YouTube video. I tried to turn it back on but it powered off by itself. Its a year over warranty so I'll have to pay for repairs. I went to the store where I bought it and they said they could pick it up and check what the issue is for €70-. I showed them the video and said they won't know for sure until they check it out. The led below blinks twice when it's on the blue screen. I tried a different outlet and the hold the power button thing with no luck. It is worth it to have the store check it out for €70 or should I buy a new one ? They said if its too expensive to fix they'll offer me a discount on a new TV.

A professional repair could be costly due to labor fees, potentially making it comparable to buying a new TV.

A 3-year-old TV is generally in the sweet spot where repair is more viable than say a 7+ year-old model.
