I tried to post a comment on similar posts but they were marked closed. Posting this in case anyone else has this issue.
Our issue: even with re auto programming our antenna/air channels, it only let us view the first channel found. Changing the channel up or down brought us only to a handful of Samsung TV plus ( all game shows ).
The issue turned out to be on a Samsung TV plus guide menu, but what looks like an older one. I clicked in the channel button on the slim/compact remote and it brought up an older guide. On that guide, somehow the Gameshows filter got selected. I scrolled up and changed it to Live air tv, and from there was able to channel up and down correctly for live air tv with the remote.
