My Tv has a horizontal line across it.
I have tried multiple times on different days to use the help on the Samsung website and with smart things app with no success
I have been buying Samsung for years and used to love the products.
This tv was less than a year old and Best buy wanted to charge to look at it.
Maybe it's time to look for a new brand of electronics.
