The Samsung account pic on TV when signing in is different than the one when I sign in online.
Also when I signed into Samsung account on tv the device name did not match the name I gave my tv when I got the "sign in" email notification via email.

If you got the verification email and verified your account, then your account is safe. You can also change your account picture on the TV at anytime by going into the settings.
