LED and OLED TVsHi! My guest room tv power cord caught fire during use. Samsung model # Un32j5003af. I know it’s an older model but it has been barely used. The fire was caused by the adapter box. Destroyed the dresser it was on. What I’m wondering is why does this TV have an adapter box on its power cord? is there a power cord I can buy that doesn’t have an adapter box? I’d hate to throw away this TV that I bought if the cord just gonna catch fire again. Please advise.
