LED and OLED TVsI Got NU8000 in May 2019, Currently the TV does not have any Horizontal or vertical lines, It does not have pixel or color issues aswell, But Backlight/Brightness behavior is Not Normal, I Replaced the Panel in 2022 1 time and in 2023 again so panel has been changed 2 times and the Reason for the changes are the horizontal and vertical lines which is because of panel overheating, Since I Changed the Panel in 2023, I always used low Backlight and Brightness and also used/placed High Speed Pedestal fan from the side of the tv which is Crompton SStorm 2.
Currently TV works fine and there are No Horizontal/Vertical line issues, also No Pixel or Color Related issues But the Backlight/brightness behavior is not normal, I have Set Energy Saving Mode to High and Backlight/Brightness Level is Set to 0 and -5, The Behavior of Smart TV Feels like NU8000 is automatically increasing the backlight to 1 and then going back to 0, this cycle is happening over and over again, the difference is not massive but it can be seen
Already tried turning off Motion Lighting, Ambient Light Detection and Energy Saving Mode But these changes has not helped to fix the issue
Does Resetting Picture Settings or Factory Reset will Help? I do not want to do the Reset until there is some form of assurance like doing it will help.

LED and OLED TVsRepeatedly means there seems to be atleast 2 seconds interval between each cycle, Also if i control backlight settings from 0 to 50, Backlight adjusts Properly as per the values, Also Energy saving mode changes reflects change in backlight levels, So Backlight is working and there seems to be no panel issues as the Entire display looks just as Normal as it would before this Issue Started Happening today, Currently Backlight Level is Set to 0, Brightness is Set to -5 With Energy Saving Mode Set to High, The Current Behavior feels like Backlight automatically increases its Level to 1 and then Goes back to 0 on its own Like as if Im Manually Changing the Levels using Universal Smart Remote Wherein Reality Im not Changing anything, The difference isn't Massive But I can see the difference of Pulse Effect.
Currently If I Increase the Backlight Levels to 8 with Energy Saving Mode Set to off, The Experience isnt Immersion Breaking as the Change Improves Viewing But the Issue Can be Seen if Looked Closer, Reason Why I am Not Getting Interest in Getting Newer Samsung TV Models is because of Flat/thin designs, It Feels like these Newer Models Can Get affected with Panel Overheating Issue More Easily Within 2 years Where More People will Get Horizontal/Vertical Line Issue More frequently/easily and Samsung Could Make Money using Replacement Panels or Psychologically Make People to Get Newer Models. Also, Solar tech on Remotes which is totally unnecessary as all AA batteries lasts for more than a year, Since the Introduction of Solar Remotes in 2022, Samsung has not Changed or updated the Remote designs even for 8k TVs and they are adding so many streaming services apps as buttons, Also, Newer Tizen OS Versions and the behavior of Removing Smarthub from Bottom Makes me feel like Samsung is Attempting to Make Tizen OS to be More like Android TV OS.
NU8000 has the Awesome Remote design, Best Tizen Version, The ability of Switching between Picture Modes, Sources and apps without Leaving the Current app and Source is Awesome, Currently Im on Version 1334 and I can See there is a Software Version of 1341 available, But I am afraid to update it as I Get the fear of Losing Access to Something amazing, For Example, What if I update the OS and Smarthub Can No Longer be Accessed from Bottom ? Samsung is also not taking Responsibility to do the Basic Developer Job of Adding Changelogs, For Example, I can See Software update of 1341 available But I Cannot find the Information of What has been added in the update.
I Have Messaged the Area Sales Manager Regarding Getting New Panel of this Same NU8000 55 Inch Model, Since Its Sunday, I Have Not Received a Reply, Also, This is a 7 Years old Model, So Im Not Sure Whether If Samsung will have Replacement Panels available or Not But If for Some Reason, NU8000 Gives up and Samsung Not being able to Sell a Replacement Panel or Fix the Smart TV, I Will Not be Getting a New Samsung TV , I will Look for another Brands Which has Good Remote design, OS Design, Build design Where the TV Feels Thick like NU8000. If I Cannot find Something More Awesome than NU8000, then I will Just Get a Monitor and use it Temporarily for 1 year.
Hopefully I will be able to Get a New Panel, If Not, I Hope Samsung Will add the Effort to Release a Sequel to NU8000 by the End of Next Year.
