Hello so my Samsung OLED TV is giving me problems. I turned it off. Because everything I do, it will not work the picture for some reason will not let me change the picture it keeps saying: “ dysfunction is currently not available”. I don’t understand what’s going on with it. I’ve even checked for an update and there’s no update for it. Can someone please help me?
More than likely Intelligent Mode is turned on. To disable Intelligent Mode: Open Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and Set it to Off.
