Crystal 43" UHD - No Tap View, Tap Sound.

Does anyone know if the Galaxy s24 and the Crystal UN43U8000FDXZA are compatible with Tap View, Tap Sound feature? I tried everything under the sun to get it to work. I haven't found a solution. I have also chatted and spoke to customer support and it has been pointless. Can someone help me find an answer?

Like I said. I have already tried everything. Tried the steps in the link. It doesn't work. Nothing has worked and frankly, I am getting quite upset with Samsung's customer service. No one has been able to help or give me any answers.

I understand how this can be frustrating. As the user manual explains, this feature may not be available on all models or in all regions. Unfortunately, if it is not working, it is likely not available on your model.
