LED and OLED TVsMy 86” Samsung screen was cracked my my 8 year old grandson. When I touched the crack the screen went blank, the tv tried to reboot, and was stuck in a loop of rebooting every 10 seconds. Repair guy said it would cost almost as much to fix it as it would to buy a new one. So I bought a new one.
I have the following questions about data before I recycle the TV:
1) Can anyone access or retrieve my Samsung account data and/or other streaming account login data off the tv?
2) if so, how can I clear the data since I can’t perform a factory reset?
3) If it involves removing the circuit boards, how do I destroy the boards after removal to render the boards unusable?

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! If you are sure you're done with the TV. You can try watching a video to follow the directions and button presses to reset the TV. If you wish to destroy it, you can just spray it down with water while unplugged, or you can just smash it with a hammer. After that, taking it to your local recycling center would be the best bet.

LED and OLED TVsAs a retired city employee, I would suggest contacting your local city hall or recycling center and see if they can refer you to a recycling center that offers a secure recycling disposal service. Many businesses have the same concerns about security when replacing old or damaged devices that may be available you.
