LED and OLED TVsHi! I have a 2018 Q6 tv. It works GREAT until I need to change WiFi password. It was a bear to set up when I first got it. Of course I don’t remember the trick….
i know my WiFi password is correct but the Tv keeps failing to connect. Help??

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! There are a couple of options that you can try. First, you can try to restart your router to see if that helps. You can fully unplug your TV and see if it can find the networks when it turns back on. And another is to try a smart hub reset. You can do that by Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. Please let me know if this helps.
