LED and OLED TVsDid you search on Google? I searched and got hits describing how to change the mode back. It should work for you too. If you have already tried what was suggested and it didn't work, please report back.
You mention menu was different. Does that mean you weren't able to find the setting to switch back to home mode?

LED and OLED TVsHey myklC! Welcome to the community! I know this recent purchase must have been exciting, and it will be my pleasure to help keep it that way.
I believe a factory reset is just what you need.
A factory reset restores your Samsung TV to out-of-the-box condition. This means:
All apps are removed. Wi-Fi networks are deleted. Accounts are logged out. Picture and sound settings are reset
Steps to Reset Samsung TV to Factory Settings.
Turn on your Samsung TV.Press the Settings or Menu button on your remote.
Navigate to Settings (bottom left corner). Scroll to General. Scroll down and select Reset. Enter the default PIN: 0000 Confirm the reset.
Your TV will restart and complete the factory reset process.
The reset option becomes unavailable if:
Your TV source is set to HDMI. You are using an external device.
How to Fix It
Press the Source button on your remote.
Select TV or TV Plus.
Go back to Settings → General → Reset.
The reset option should now be available.
Please let us know if this helps.
