Hello, my Smart TV has developed a weird problem. Normally I change channels by hitting the settings/1..2..3.. button on the remote, and a numeric pad appears on screen. I punch in the channel numbers, hit "done" and voila! Absolutely no problem for about a year.
Now however, the numbers don't stay on screen long enough. For example, if i want channel 27-2, I'll start punching in 2, 7, ...by the time I hit the "dash" the screen numbers have disappeared and I'm stuck? What happened? Did a software update screw things up? How do I fix this?
