Hello everyone, I bought a Samsung gen 2 projector and 3 months after the purchase, the manual keystone and automatic focus stopped working completely. Has anyone had this problem? How did you fix it? Return?
I would suggest contacting Customer Service and discussing the possible fixes they may have you send in the projector for testing and repair or have you take it too a Certified Samsung Repair Center for repair
