After 20 min or so Tv starts to flicker

Seems like after my tv has been on for 20 or so minutes it will then start to flicker images behind the main show that’s playing.  I took a video of it but don’t see a place to attach it.  I Replaced the power board and video board.

No. It’s still scrolls flickers images behind the main image after about 30 minutes.
