RF28R7351: Unable to get water from Fridge.

We have purchased a Samsung refrigerator 28r7351 water line was hooked up and filter water water was change for a new one.

water still not been produced, can you please help us

Thanks for the info. Ours has full water pressure child lock turned off correct water filter new. No water leaks and no filter light on. All controls activate. When I unplug fridge for 5 minutes then plug back in the upper led light works a few times then stops working. Bottom door lamps work fine.  Does the upper lamp problem have anything to do with no water?

@Imunoz Sorry but is sounds like you may have to have a technician come out and troubleshoot. If it is brand new, you should first contact the place of purchase.
