Kitchen and Family HubI will never purchase a Samsung microwave, or probably any appliance from Samsung again after the customer service experiences I've had.
I've had two dead microwaves in three years. The registration is a joke, they don't record any purchase information when you initially submit it because Samsung doesn't seem to know how to find it when you need to warranty it. I'm being asked for my original proof of purchase multiple times, even after my original registration of the purchase, uploading pictures, texted images, and emails of receipts. I'm still asked to provide the same information with everyone I speak to. Their process is broken and they don't seem to care that they waste your time.
Microwave model ME21R7051SS and the previous model are garbage. I've also had to repair all the door bins in Refrigerator model RH25H5611SR/AA because they were all severely cracking within 6 months of the original purchase date and the ice-maker jams daily.
I've owned many appliances and nothing has disappointed me like a Samsung.
