My Samsung dishwasher is stuck on 'rinse' cycle; however, it won’t complete the cycle - display reads 17 minutes left, so I’ll hit start to finish & then display reads 1 minute. When I hit Start, it reverts to rinse' cycle with 17 minutes left! My son & have repeatedly tried Samsung options but the only results we get are Sanitize in lock position ! Nothing like this is depicted in the Troubleshoot manual; just humanly errors! Please assist. Thank you very much.
Have you tried unplugging the power for a full 10 minutes and then plugging it back in to reset the board? Also you can flip the breaker off for 10 minutes. If that is easier
