We just our new Samsung Bespoke oven today. Model # NSE6DB85001 today. Not only did it come with a scratch on the glass top. We did the burn in and used it once and now every time we open the door it turns on Bake at the default temp of 350 degrees. I see another post about this but no solution given. Pretty disappointing considering what I just paid for this thing.

- Unplugging the range for approx. 5 to 15 mins to perform a hard reset
- Inspect the inside of the oven for moisture due to performing the "burn in"; the range can be detecting steam.
- If the range was professionally installed, have your installer check (or recheck) the power cord and home power outlets for any damages or debris.
