Hi All / Admin.

Need your help on my refrigerator, that can't connect to my Samsung account even to Samsung server ? or any connectivity service/app?

Is it really down the server? or just my unit faulty?

i already reset as to factory default - now still cannot connect to my Samsung hub 😞

Your help/advise will be greatly appreciated.

thank you for reaching out regarding this concern. Just to verify, you have reset the refrigerator using these steps- Settings > About Family Hub > Factory Data Reset?
