We bought a new gas range in Feb 2023. We installed the propane conversion kit and began using the range in March. I have used all burners and the oven, with no problems. Suddenly, if you light 1 burner, it works fine. If you light a second, the flame on both drops to barely there. The oven will not heat up enough to cause the gauge to increase above 175. There are no leaks. The propane tank is full. We do not smell gas. Any suggestions before I call a plumber and appliance repair person?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your range not working properly. I would recommend trying the information in the link first: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001946/. If this does not help, you may need to contact the company that installed the propane conversion kit as there could be an issue with it not letting enough gas flow. If everything is alright there the next step will be service. As you should still be in warranty please feel free to send us a private message with your full model and serial number. Or if you prefer please call in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864
