Powerbot R7040 vs. rugs

My Powerbot worked flawless for about six months, is has since become afraid of rugs. These rugs are low pile and the bot never had a problem vacuuming then before, now it just stops and turns around repeating until it finds the corner and then follows that around to open floor. I have not been able to find a way to reset the software to reset the learned behavior, anybody have any ideas?

I am sorry to hear about this. Could you please try cleaning the camera and sensors as shown on page 26 of the User Guide?

Thank you, IDK why I didn't think of this, but the bot is restored to it's former self. Those sensors are kind of a pain to get to, I had to use a damp Qtip so that I could capture the dust, worked great though. Thanks!
