I have had the oven installed for just over a year now. Here recently while cooking with the divider in, the oven will error and cancel the process. It tells me the divider has been removed yet it is in and pressing the switch in the back of the unit. It has even done it while using the upper unit as a split and cooking two items.
Has anyone run into this? If so has a simple reboot been able to fix the unit? i have to remove some panels of my cabinet to reach the plug, so i am a little hesitant.
Instead of unplugging it, I would turn off the breaker. It's much easier. With the breaker off, pull out the diverter with your hand. Push the button that the diverter pushes in and out. Make sure it's clean and remove any debris with a rag. Push it in and out a few times to make sure it's working. Once you do that, keep it out and turn your breaker back on. Once everything is turned on, fully insert the diverter and make sure it's pushed in correctly and all the way back. Hopefully, this will fix your issue.
