I an troubleshooting connection to Samsung Smart Things app and the family hub. It told me to delete the fridge and reconnect. In order to connect I need to open settings to connect but every time I try to launch settings, there is a brief lag and the home page comes up. I am connected to the internet. Apps like Spotify work and play music.
Thanks for responding. When I try to add the fridge in the smartthings app, it tells me to go to the family hub refrigerator and finish connecting through settings on the family hub.
"On your Family Hub's display, go to Settings Connections L Easy Connection, then press the Connect button.
If Connections doesn't appear in the Settings menu, look for Easy connection instead."

I just fixed mine and came here to share. Hold the switch apps button down. You will get menu, quickly click on factory reset. When it comes back it will be back to normal and you can open the settings app.
On the bottom of the screen you have 3 icons. One of them shows you all the open apps. It has 3 lines. Press and hold it. It is not a physical button. Its on the touchscreen.
