Friday in
Kitchen and Family HubI bought an over the range microwave along with other Samsung appliances about a year ago and 4 months ago I noticed a burning smell Samsung Service came out and couldn't identify the problem replace the main board in the microwave it worked for about three and a half months and then just stopped working service came back out and found a loose connector had melted. It seems that this connector is problematic for my model microwave. I left a review on Home Depot and Samsung responded to reach out to them with the following reference number: 1151433043. When I contacted customer support with this reference number they offered no help. I don't feel safe with this microwave I would like to know how they intend to solve this issue besides replacing the burnup wiring with the same type of connector that could possibly burn up again and burn down my house.
