I tried using the oven camera for the first time after an update for the range and found that I could not view the oven camera on any of my devices with the Smart Things app. I tried power disconnection to the range, restarting in the range settings, resetting the range's Wifi connection, factory resetting the range, and removing the SmartThings app and downloading a new version of the app to both of my phones. These troubleshooting steps did not resolve the problem with the oven camera.
Has anyone else experienced this problem after the range software update?

Uninstalled and reinstalled on app then it worked
