How to get my oven out of test mode

Hi, my oven model: NV70K3370BS is stuck in test mode.

There is nothing explained in the user guide on how to get out of this status.

Is there somebody that can help me?

This is the only info I can find about test/demo mode but I'm actually confused on how you even use that Oven.

Option 1

Here are the steps to get your range out of demo mode:

This option is for use by retail establishments for display purposes only.
(The heating element does not operate).
How to enable or disable the demo mode
1. Press Options for 3 seconds.
2. Press or to select 0, and then press START/SET.
3. Press or to select ON or OFF.
4. Press START/SET to save the changes.

Option 2 

To get your Samsung NV70K3370BS oven out of test mode, press and hold the "Clock" button for 3 seconds, then press "0" to enter Demo mode settings, and finally press "2" to turn it off and "START/SET" to save. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

• Locate the "Clock" button: Find the button on your oven's control panel that is labeled "Clock". 
• Press and hold: Press and hold the "Clock" button for approximately 3 seconds. 
• Enter Demo mode settings: After holding the button, press the "0" button on the keypad. 
• Turn off Demo mode: Within the Demo mode settings, press the "2" button to turn off Demo mode. 
• Save the change: Finally, press the "START/SET" button to save the changes and exit the Demo mode settings.

Hi Gary,

I don't have a keypad with numbers so I can't press a 0 or 2 so I'm afraid this ain't the solution I'm looking for.

I was thinking the #2 was on the turn dial twist until 2 like setting the timer

Hi Gary, 

If I hold the clock button for 3 seconds I can only change the time on the display.
If I hold the 'hourglass' button for 3 seconds it's also doing nothing unfortunately.

Strange those are the only instructions I can locate and can't seem to find anything in the owners Manuel or any videos of that oven online.

I would suggest contacting support to see if they have more information about this since nothing is posted online
