Family Hub Apps not working

I purchased my Samsung smart hub refrigerator, October 4, 2022 for the past 5 to 6 months. My family hub apps are none of them working. I cannot even update my calendar. I have re-tried switching the Internet I had a Internet service provider come check to see there’s nothing wrong with my Internet none of the family hubs on the Samsung side or allowing me to login. Help!!!!

The first link is a troubleshooting guide on connecting the SmartThings app. This guide features information about what to do if your appliance does not connect properly. The second link I'm providing has additional information and steps regarding error codes you may see on your refrigerator.

First, could you please provide the model number for your refrigerator so that I can look up more specific details about it? Additionally, could you give some more details on the symptoms you're experiencing? Lastly, Are you receiving any error messages when you try to connect; or are you able to connect and then unable to use the apps?
