Bespoke double wall ovens do not keep temperature

Do not purchase anything from Samsung.  I purchased the entire kitchen suite of Bespoke appliances (double wall ovens, 4 door refrigerator, dishwasher and gas cooktop). My extremely expensive double walls ovens have not worked correctly since they were installed.  Within the first few months Samsung replaced the main control board and the entire steam mechanism.  My ovens are just a few month over 1 year old and I am still having the same issues. The steam mechanism does not work at all and that has been confirmed by 2 technicians.  They now want to just try to replace some part and see if they can get it working (what the tech said). Now the main issues you cannot cook anything in these ovens they either cook way over your set temperature (over 80 degrees higher then set) or they cook at over 100 degrees lower than you set the over.  The technicians were at my home yesterday for over 3.5 hours and they are unable to get the ovens to work.  I have spent well over 5+hours on the phone with Samsung and Pacific Sales where I purchased the ovens and have ZERO resolution from anyone.  The Samsung techs said they are unable to figure out what is wrong with the overs and yet Samsung REFUSES to stand behind their product and actually replace the overs with ones that work. Since they have not a clue what parts to replace anymore nor can they actually figure out what is causing the problem  they want to just leave the ovens and see if magically they fix themselves.  Please do not waste your time and money buying anything Samsung.  I truly wish that when I went to Pacific Sales that the Samsung representative was not there to talk me into spending almost $15k in worthless appliances that they do not stand behind.  I should have purchased from a company who actually stand behind their products.   Oh and at Best Buy/Pacific Sales they are going to talk you into purchasing a “membership” waste of money they are NO HELP.  STAY AWAY FROM ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM AND THEY ARE JUNK.
