Hi, I've been trying everything to connect the new Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum and Mop (2024 model) with Alexa, but the integration is missing the major functions. Yes, it connects to Alexa via the skill, but the only option is to turn on and off. No room selection, map, stain, Ai features that are available via Bixby. Very disappointed since this is supposed to be the latest and best for that price. If anyone knows third party that brings more functionality to Alexa, I'd appreciate the suggestion. Thanks in advance.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! This is designed to work with Bixby you may not have every feature available when connecting with another device such as Alexa. I would recommend using the SmartThings app or if you have a Samsung phone you can also use Bixby.
