After paying $3,200  2 yrs later  my middle draw s/s handle cracked off. I was told that you have to buy a whole new draw since the cheap plastic part on the right side is not replaceable. So I bought a whole new middle draw with no compensation from Samsung. 2 yrs later the same thing happened to the bottom draw. This is ridicules because all customer service said I could do is email the president of Samsung. This is BS . This cheap plastic part is defective and Samsung should pickup the cost of replacement. I’m contacting the attorney general consumer Fruad department & consumer reports about the cheap plastic materials used and crack under normal wear & tear ! I don’t even have kids, so they can’t blame it on the children LOL!

Just my thoughts but 2 years or 4 years later wouldn't be under warranty

My 2 cents, Samsung should not use cheap plastic on something that gets pulled multiple times a day. They should be made of stainless steel.
