Purchased what was supposed to be an open box product missing a remote. Had a suspicion it was the floor model at bb because there was velcro pads underneath. Have a remote for jt now and can't figure out how to get it out of store mode even after firmware update. Anyone know how to fix this?
With the power off, Press and Hold the Volume Down Button on the soundbar until the display comes on and use the remotes navigation pad/buttons to change the shop mode setting.
