The issue appears to be an incomplete firmware package:
Other Samsung soundbar models include multiple required firmware files
HW-B650 firmware provides only one .bin file
Same incomplete package is published on the US site as well
This is not a USB, formatting, or unit issue, but a firmware distribution problem affecting HW-B650 owners.
Please escalate this to Samsung Engineering to upload the complete firmware or provide an official workaround.

I am having the same problem. I've tried every method that Samsung suggests, and every other conceivable way to update the firmware, but still get the same "No Data" message. This is not a user problem but a defective firmware package. Please fix the issue. Thanks.
