I have this issue after the latest firmware update, no Wifi or Bluetooth after the latest firmware. Everything was ok before that, but now the network in the bar is completely dead.
I tried everything, from factory defaults to removing the bar from the outlet, another router, or even the GHz band. Nothing works. Smart Thinks is not detecting the bar, the BT cannot be used, and WiFi is dead.
Didi someone else hav this issue? I see some posts on Reddit with the same behaviour so I presume I'm not the only one.
Never ending story. Last Wednesday, again with no reason, the same issues came back. I have already contacted Samsung Support in Spain. Checked everything through videochat. Concluded I have to take the soundbar to repair center to reset it via hardware. The repair center had no idea about this firmware issue. Now waiting for their response.
Any luck with a solution? My soundbar is having this issue right now. BT can't change to BT pairing and Smart thing can't detect my soundbar. Q-symphony can't be set up too
