Purchased and bought used Samsung UN48J5201AF & Blu-ray model bd-J6300/za. My Samsung account was having issues due to inability to confirm by a previously owned (no longer had). Couldn't access several features. My account has been situated and I would like to ask if someone has the answer, hopefully step by step. I HAVE my galaxy S10 on mobile hotspot. Things of consideration. Need I reset either or both? & how to....also is it possible through my Samsung galaxy s10 w/wo SmartThings app.? Thanks in advance. Finally (reset to factory settings or reset Samsung smart hub for account usage) I am primarily concerned about using my apps through my account .

Home Theater@Barbiegryl It looks like that Blu-ray player is 7 years old. I'm not sure why you would need your Samsung account to set up a Blu-ray player.
