9500S does not pair with S800D

My Samsung 9500S speakers do not pair with S800D Samsung sound bar, I've tried everything. They are compatible.

Today I have tried pushing buttons up and down in my control, erasing the subwoofer and finally theyve paired.

I just paired back the subwoofer, and everything is ok
