Why does it say I am napping?

Why does it think I am napping if I am sitting watching a movie or just on the couch. It will say I napped for an hour even though I know I was moving around during that time frame. Please help.

Because your vitals went low enough for the sensors to believe you were in a sleep state. You can prevent this by configuring power saving on the watch to limit health features and configuring relax mode to turn on power saving on the watch onlywhen you sit down to watch TV.

Thank you I am going to see if I can figure that out. It makes sense and sound like it will work.

It's been working for me. I keep it on when watching TV and then switch to sleep mode when I go to bed (otherwise it won't record sleep)
